from looking at the 'point system' they will use to award grants. Not enough,
for sure. But the answer is to keep pressuring Obama, Duncan, Congress; use your
own voice and the voice of any organization to which you belong to keep that
pressure up. The next real biggie is reauthorization of ESEA. Don't let Congress
recreate NCLB with minor tinkering.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial>And: given almost no points for including test scores in
teacher eval (5 of 500 points) there is no reason for any state to do it.
