[RSCT] Seattle teachers suspended for not giving state tests

I just saw this note today and checked into it. No comments were
intentionally taken down. We have had some technical problems with comments
disappearing but nobody wants that to happen.

I hope you will put your comments up again, and encourage anyone else whose
comments didn't stay up to do the same. Let me know if it happens again.
