This song offers a "People's History" of Haiti. It is recorded by the Welfare Poets. I have searched the Internet for lyrics, but haven't found them
yet. The song has powerful lyrics in English that are well worth listening too and easy enough to understand.
Sak pasé is a common Haitian Creole greeting:
How's it going? Sak pasé? [sakpase]
