[RSCT] Principal evaluation

I am a retired middle school teacher from Portland, Oregon.  I am still
involved in school district politics.  I work on a committee that is trying
to have principals evaluated by more than a solitary supervisor.  We would
like to see input on a principal's performance by teachers, students and
parents.  Does anyone know of a school district that is doing some type of
principal evaluation like this??
