[RSCT] Duncan listening tour in VT - and is website to post comments on NCLB

Duncan will be in VT - and there is a website to offer comments.

 

Sec. Duncan will be commencement speaker at St Michaels College and then visit 1-2 schools. Not sure where and when he will listen, other than the school (s).

The Dept has set up a website on which one can post comments about the listening tour and ESEA/NCLB. My colleague Lisa says some of the 40 comments thus far posted are "quite good." Add your own!
