[RSCT] Teacher creativity in Bellevue, WA

Dear Friends --

Do you or does anyone you know teach or live in Bellevue, Washington?   
I'm writing an article about the importance of teacher insight and  
creativity in the practical art of cooking up learning experiences for  
our students.  I've run across great language in BEA's teaching  
contract and am curious about how the restoration of professional  
judgement played out at the classroom level following last fall's  
strike.  I'd appreciate it if you could put me in touch with people  
who could help me understand that story.
