Back in the day (in the 1970s), there was an organization called Movement
for a New Society which focused a lot on movement process, including
consensus decision making and meeting facilitation, etc. -- all of which
is still very useful. They put out some great resources, including a
bookscalled Strategy for a Living Revolution. I do not know if the group
still exists, but I believe they were closely aligned some of the folks at
American Friends Service Committee in Philadelphia. The Friends have been
using consensus for generations, and should have a number of useful
resources.
