[RSCT] guidelines for consensus decision making?

Wonderful!  I am trained in the consensus process and use it in many organizations.  Below is a link by a local trainer.  Perhaps some of the info will be useful to you.  Be sure to checkout the resources link.  Hand signals might be one tool that elementary students may easily embrace.  This consists of "twinkling", and a raised fist or crossed arms for a block.  What I like to stress in defining consensus is that we all have a piece of the truth, and there is no division of winners and losers in the consensus process- everybody wins because we strive to attain a solution that everyone can agree on.
