[RSCT] guidelines for consensus decision making?

I have found some great guidelines for
consensus decision-making by just googling
it. Here's one that I find
helpful:
http://www.npd-solutions.com/consensus.html . I
hand out a red, a yellow and a green piece of
paper or card to each participant so that they
can indicate 1) I agree/yes/let's do it (green),
or 2) I'm not crazy about the idea but I can live
with it. (yellow) or 3) No/I disagree/I don't
like it (red). So they can respond and see how
others react. It's a great idea.
         Good luck,
         Mernie Aste
