[RSCT] Models for Diversity "Walk Through" Assessment

Hello, friends.

I'm looking for models or checklists or something similar. Does anybody 
have or know of a model or checklist for a "diversity walk-through"--an 
assessment activity in which somebody walks through a school looking for 
evidence of equity or inequity, inclusion or exclusion, and so on?

I'd like something I can use or modify with future elementary teachers.
