[RSCT] RTTT assessment testimony - last submission day is Dec 2 - many materials now on Dept website

Tomorrow - Dec 2, 2009 - is the deadline to submit written comments to the Dept of Ed regarding its assessment plan for use of $350 million in Race to the Top (RTTT) funds. How to submit is at http://www.ed.gov/programs/racetothetop-assessment/rsvp.pdf (see p. 2). 

On the Dept's website are posted the presentations by the experts, at http://www.ed.gov/programs/racetothetop-assessment/index.html (scroll down a ways). 

Also are transcripts of all but the last meetings (coming soon) and compilations of all the written testimony submitted to date. The compilations are by the weeks submitted - a list of submitters are at the top, but you then have to scroll through to find any you want to single out. http://www.ed.gov/programs/racetothetop-assessment/resources.html

My testimony is in the week of Nov 9; it includes material I submitted as attachments, including the entirety of the Forum on Educational Accountability's Expert Panel on Assessment report. My testimony is also on the FairTest website at http://www.fairtest.org/FairTestComments-RTThearing.
