[RSCT] question - help sought

A reporter has asked whether the economic downturn has led any districts to cut back on testing (e.g. interim or benchmark tests), or states perhaps to cut back on non-nclb mandated testing. I have not heard of any, but sure would be interested in hearing of any instances now or in the future.
