[RSCT] Rethinking Schools writer looking for help finding teachers...

Dear
teachers and friends:



I
am working on an article for Rethinking Schools on teacher retention. I am
interested in talking to former teachers who left teaching within their first
three or five years — or current teachers who, regardless of how long they've
been teaching, have transferred from a high-poverty "difficult"
school to a higher-achieving "easier" school, either within the same
district or leaving for a new district.



I
have various studies and reports on the topic, but want to talk to actual
people who can explain their experiences in their own words.



Needless
to say, deadlines are pressing, so if you could give suggestions via email in
the next week or so, that would be great.
