[RSCT] NJ illegally screens out migrant children

Hey fellow teachers, happy start of school week!

Does anyone know of a group leading the fight to stop the racist 
intimidation of migrant children who apply to go to school in 20% of 
New Jersey Schools?

A bigoted secretary in a rural school should not be allowed to make 
anyone feel unsafe.  Its horrific, and it's like pharmacists and 
doctors who use personal values to limit birth control or medical 
services.  It is both the system and individuals who perpetrate 
these.  Women's reproduction has NARAL fighting the cause of 
reproduction.  ACLU is fighting in the courts for migrant children, 
but who is acting on the front lines?  The NEA union seems silent. 
It's shameful.  What did teachers do when the Japanese were interned 
in WWII?

Clearly this game is going to go on as it has for 2 years or more. 
The racism will be called isolated, and there are enough bigots in 
the system to ensure that hands are slapped and no action ever takes 
place.
