Here is another one I know about:
*Chinatown is Not For Sale!* (2002, 43 minutes)
A new video about Manhattan's Chinatown community struggle against
gentrification and displacement. This video examines the impact of racist
real estate practices in Chinatown and how low income Chinese tenants are
displaced to "make room" for young white professionals. The film also
includes footage of CJP's efforts to combat this displacement. Chinatown is
Not For Sale! was directed and produced by Youth Organizers of the Chinatown
Justice Project <http://www.caaav.org/projects/cjp.php> of CAAAV Organizing
Asian Communities.
You can order it throught the CAAAV website: http://www.caaav.org/resources

"Education is not a neutral process. Either it functions to initiate the
younger generation into the logic of the system and conform to it, or it
becomes "the practice of freedom" the means by which men and women deal
critically and creatively with reality and discover how to transform it..."
-Richard Shaull, Preface to Pedagogy of the Oppressed
