[RSCT] resources on discussing social class?

For short readings, Sherman Alexie does a great job
integrating class issues in his writings. See some of
his short stories and/or essays. He has a wonderful
website:

His new young adult novel, The Absolutely True Diary
of a Part Time Indian, although perhaps longer reading
than you may be looking for, offers many wonderful
comics that integrate the theme of social class.
These comics themselves can be used to generate
discussion.
The New Press also has wonderful selections in
general. Here is one anthology titled Growing Up Poor
that may be useful to you:
