"Democracy Now!" is an award-winning hour-long, daily (Monday - Friday) news program that truly merits your attention.

Today's episode (Thursday, Dec. 18) featured segments on Obama's choices of Tom Vilsack as Secretary of Agriculture, Ken Salazar as Secretary of the Interior, and Arne Duncan as Secretary of Education.

They
keep episodes available for watching on their web site for a few days
after they air, so you can still catch Thursday's episode.  But this program is routinely
excellent, so you have a great chance of learning something new no
matter when you watch.  Their coverage of the corporate bailout has,
IMHO, been superlative.
