Hello, Shanti,
Colombian Hector Aristizabal conducts Theater of the Oppressed workshops 
around the world but is based in the U.S.  His website says he is a 
"practitioner of the techniques known as Theater of the Oppressed, 
developed by Brazilian Augusto Boal."  You can see more about him and
