You might try to locate Marc Weinblatt.  He lives in Indianola,
Washington, outside of Seattle.  He has offered Theater of the Oppressed
workshops, brought Boal to town a couuple of times, and he may be aware of
materials.  I don't really know Marc well and don't have connecting info,
but you should be able to find him.  Good luck.
